Our Discovery Management Team averages nineteen years of litigation and document management experience. We bring in the appropriate staff during our initial meetings to better understand the requirements of the case or cases.
Our process is simple. The Discovery Management Consultant spends time with your team to better understand their needs and requirements since there is no cookie cutter approach or magic technology that reduces your litigation costs. We conduct a needs analysis to understand your document management and technology needs based upon interviews with your team. The needs analysis findings our presented with recommendations on solutions for implementation. After a review and analysis, we work with your team to implement the recommendations.
