Relativity is easy to use, allowing little-to-no training for novice users.

True Native Review
Relativity preserves native document formats without having to convert to TIFF, PDF, or HTML. At any time, however, you have the option to open documents locally or convert to TIFF for redaction directly from the application. Then, within the viewer, you can navigate through search and pre-highlighted terms, and apply redactions to over 250 document formats.

Streamlined Workflow and Reporting
Relativity can help you manage the entire review process, from initial review to production. Using Relativity's tools, you can batch assign documents, track reviewer progress, enforce consistent tagging among duplicates and attachments, build custom validation rules, and run extensive reports.

Transcripts
A newly integrated transcript viewer has been added to Relativity, which allows users to load and view transcripts, and then search both transcripts and documents together in one easy step. Each transcript will also have a hyperlinked word index available in the viewer.

Embedded Imaging and Production Tools
With Relativity's embedded imaging tools, you can TIFF only the documents that you need to redact. Once you are ready to produce, let Relativity organize and run the production. You can then easily export the final production from our system to your desktop. You can even give production access to your favorite print vendor.

Fast Searching
Relativity allows you to run searches quickly on keyword, full-text, date-range, and other full conditional searches across the entire repository or a specific subset. You also have the option to return documents in attachment families or duplicates even if they do not match your original search query. This makes it easier to perform batch assignments and improves mass-tagging consistency.

Personal Objects & Searches
Relativity allows users to create personal Layouts, Views, and Searches, so reviewers can maintain their own searching and coding interfaces without causing everyone else's interface to become cluttered. Additionally, Advanced and Saved Searches can now be foldered.

Batching
Relativity's one-step batching process has been improved to support hundreds of securable batch sets, allowing for a single, highly scalable interface for assigning document batches to reviewers.

What is Concept Search Technology?
Unlike traditional keyword search engines, concept searching is based on how and where ideas and concepts intersect with similar ideas and concepts in a document collection. This is mathematically based – there are no word lists or dictionaries, or linguistic techniques (like sentence structures). The technology is self-training, "learning" all it requires from material being processed. Not only can it identify, classify, and sort information rapidly, it will also find relevant documents that other techniques routinely miss.

Clustering
Feature: Planet Data Analytics can automatically cluster (sort) a collection of documents into subsets based on their conceptual content, without the need for input or setup from a user or administrator to train the system. The natural subdivisions produced by Relativity Analytics provide significant insight into the overall information content of a document collection.

Benefits: Clustering provides an effective tool for analyzing the results of an entire data set or query. By clustering all documents in a database, case teams can more readily separate groups of non-relevant documents from documents of interest that need to be reviewed. By clustering relevant documents in a reviewer's assigned batch, Relativity provides an immediate overview of the batch to the assigned reviewer, giving structure to the review, and increasing speed and accuracy of the individual reviewer and review team.

Categorization
