Hosting Project Manager

The Litigation Support Hosting Project Manager is responsible for process management, workflow design, and overseeing a support team for hosted clients of Planet Data Solutions’ repository software, Relativity. Additional responsibilities include telephone and email support for hosted clients of Planet Data Solutions’ hosting software, Relativity.


LOCATION
Elmsford, NY or Boston

QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING, & WORK EXPERIENCE
• College degree preferred or equivalent business experience
• Experience working with clients on business solutions
• Must have a client-centric, professional manner
• Familiarity with litigation support processes and litigation support software (Relativity, iCONECT, Concordance, Summation) a plus.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Analyzing and assisting with complex search requests, utilizing the hosting system.
2. Interaction with attorneys, paralegals, vendors, and corporations in large scale litigation preparation.
3. Assessing user-down situations to maintain maximum client uptime.
4. Solving a wide array of technical and workflow issues
5. Assess client needs to effectively customize the hosting software
6. Communicating with clients regarding potential issues and workflow changes
7. Perform tasks in response to client requests for document productions, exports, data loading or reports
8. Conduct onsite and online repository training.
9. Oversight of client request queue/department inbox to ensure deadlines are met
10. Ensure department and project protocols are documented and maintained
