Kevin Leser – Senior Discovery Management Consultant

Mr. Leser has more than thirty years experience servicing the litigation support requirements of law firms, corporate legal staffs and the US Department of Justice. He has been involved in major cases, including MCI vs AT&T, the Love Canal suit, BCCI investigation and prosecution, as well as oil industry anti-trust suit defense, product liability and intellectual property suits, insurance defense cases, and the CSFB and Freddie Mac SEC/DOJ inquiries.

Mr. Leser has been responsible for directing resource units, project manager and information analyst on key litigation support engagements for Conoco, General Motors, the NY State Attorney General’s office and major law firms, including Kirkland & Ellis, Cleary, Gottlieb, Wilmer & Pickering, O’Melveny & Myers, McDermott, Will & Emery, Latham & Watkins, Jones, Day, and King & Spalding.
