David S. Cochran – COO

Mr. Cochran has been involved in all aspects of litigation support and document management for the past 24 years. He began his career as a project manager, and then consulted with top tier litigation support companies. He has managed large intellectual property, product liability and environmental cases utilizing state of the art ESI technology and best practices for corporate and law firm clients. Before joining Planet Data, Mr. Cochran was President and co-founder of Cerulean, LLC, a leading international information management company.

Having worked on different litigation practices across the US, EU and Asia, he offers Planet Data clients global experience in litigation support and document management. Mr. Cochran speaks regularly on litigation technology management at conferences around the world. He develops custom plans for corporate clients in the areas of virtual deal rooms, convergence, data mapping, early case assessment and facilities management.

Mr. Cochran has a B.A. in Political Science from The Pennsylvania State University.
